TR Poly Viscose With Spandex Fabric

We add spandex in the weft direction (typically 3–5% spandex content) using a woven structure to achieve 15–25% moderate stretch. This design ensures shape retention — the fabric does not sag after wear, with no bagging at knees or elbows.

Our T/R stretch fabrics achieve pilling resistance of grade 3–4 (ISO 12945). Through optimized yarn quality, weaving density, and finishing processes, the fabric remains smooth after prolonged wear and washing.

Our casual suiting fabrics are wrinkle-resistant finished with good recovery. After daily wear, hanging overnight will restore smoothness. For best results, low-temperature ironing is sufficient — no professional dry cleaning required.

Mainly for women‘s blazers, trousers, vests, and skirts in the business casual category. Depending on weight and stretch level, they can be adapted for spring/summer (180–220 GSM) and autumn/winter (240–300 GSM).

For stock items, MOQ is 1,000 meters per color per style. For customized products or special specifications, MOQ is negotiable, typically 3,000–5,000 meters. Sample orders have no MOQ requirement.

Regular samples are ready in 5–12 days. The first sample is free of charge (shipping fee collect). For multiple revisions or special development, a small sampling fee may apply, which is refundable upon formal order placement.

Regular bulk orders are delivered within 15–25 days after order confirmation. Rush orders are negotiable, with a minimum of 15 days. Lead time depends on order quantity and availability of yarn/greige fabric.

Our standard terms are T/T (30% deposit, 70% against copy of B/L). L/C at sight is also acceptable (subject to bank confirmation). First-time customers are generally required to pay a deposit.
