Production Process Ensures Quality
Each meter of fabric undergoes 8 main processes and at least 3 intermediate inspections. We use an ERP system to record production data, ensuring traceability for each batch of products.

R&D and Sampling

We understand that customers need quick trial and error and iteration. The R&D center is equipped with independent sampling equipment, supporting the development of small batches and multiple varieties of samples. We can deliver samples within 7-10 days for ingredient adjustments, organizational changes, and color customization.

Fuxing Textile
We have built our own laboratory and all batches of fabrics have undergone internal testing. For medical fabrics, we conduct additional functional verification in accordance with international standards such as AAMI PB70 and AATCC 100. We can also provide third-party testing reports according to customer requirements.
  • Physical properties:
    Wear resistance, pilling, breaking strength, tearing strength
  • Color fastness:
    Waterproof to washing, friction, light, sweat, and chlorine bleaching
  • Dimensional stability:
    Shrinkage rate, distortion rate
  • Functional testing:
    Anti liquid penetration, antibacterial, anti-static (specialized for medical fabrics)
  • Composition analysis:
    Fiber component identification and content
