Medical scrubs fabric

FX50316 medical scrubs fabric is made of 75% polyester, 20% rayon, and 5% spandex, with a weight of 200 GSM. It is piece dyed and features water-resistant and antibacterial finishes. Surgical medical uniforms have different functional requirements from ordinary uniforms. The water-resistant finish helps prevent liquid penetration, reducing the risk of healthcare professionals coming into contact with contaminants during surgical and nursing procedures. The antibacterial finish helps inhibit bacterial growth on the fabric surface, making it suitable for medical environments with high hygiene requirements.

The lightweight 200 GSM construction, combined with 5% spandex stretch, provides the flexibility and comfort required for healthcare professionals during long hours of wear and extensive movement. Its wrinkle-resistant and easy-care properties also make it suitable for centralized hospital uniform procurement and management.

Fuxing operates its own weaving factory with a production facility covering over 20,000 square meters. Customization is available for logos, labels, packaging, colors, sizes, and patterns. Colors can be matched to hospital standard Pantone colors. With an MOQ starting from 1,500 meters per color, FX50316 is suitable for bulk procurement by hospitals, medical institutions, and surgical uniform brands.

  • Q: How is the stretch in your suiting fabrics achieved?

    We add spandex in the weft direction (typically 3–5% spandex content) using a woven structure to achieve 15–25% moderate stretch. This design ensures shape retention — the fabric does not sag after wear, with no bagging at knees or elbows.

  • Q: How is the pilling resistance of your fabrics?

    Our T/R stretch fabrics achieve pilling resistance of grade 3–4 (ISO 12945). Through optimized yarn quality, weaving density, and finishing processes, the fabric remains smooth after prolonged wear and washing.

  • Q: Is the fabric wrinkle-prone? Does it require ironing?

    Our casual suiting fabrics are wrinkle-resistant finished with good recovery. After daily wear, hanging overnight will restore smoothness. For best results, low-temperature ironing is sufficient — no professional dry cleaning required.

  • Q: What types of garments are these fabrics suitable for?

    Mainly for women‘s blazers, trousers, vests, and skirts in the business casual category. Depending on weight and stretch level, they can be adapted for spring/summer (180–220 GSM) and autumn/winter (240–300 GSM).

  • Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

    For stock items, MOQ is 1,000 meters per color per style. For customized products or special specifications, MOQ is negotiable, typically 3,000–5,000 meters. Sample orders have no MOQ requirement.

  • Q: How long does sampling take? Is there a sample charge?

    Regular samples are ready in 5–12 days. The first sample is free of charge (shipping fee collect). For multiple revisions or special development, a small sampling fee may apply, which is refundable upon formal order placement.

  • Q: What is the lead time for bulk orders?

    Regular bulk orders are delivered within 15–25 days after order confirmation. Rush orders are negotiable, with a minimum of 15 days. Lead time depends on order quantity and availability of yarn/greige fabric.

  • Q: What payment terms do you accept?

    Our standard terms are T/T (30% deposit, 70% against copy of B/L). L/C at sight is also acceptable (subject to bank confirmation). First-time customers are generally required to pay a deposit.

  • Q: Which countries/regions do you export to?

    We currently export to 20+ countries and regions, including Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Bangladesh, Indonesia), South Asia (India, Pakistan), the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia), Europe (Italy, Poland, Russia), and North America (USA, Canada).
